Camila owns CamilaCreates a digital media and graphic design business to help clients like Jeff grow their business and gain a digital footprint. Camila has lived in Central Florida for twenty years and speaks fluent Spanish.

Emily Osburne

Marketing Director

Emily Osburne is a marketing guru who specializes in sharing authentic messages through social media. Emily worked with small to mid-size companies as they define their brand, communicate with clients, and build an online identity. She is a web developer, writer, and graphic designer. Emily was also a happy client of The Taulbee Team! Emily now writes many of the community articles found on our blog, and on our Facebook page.

Richard (Rich) Lemon has been an active realtor for five years with Charles Rutenberg Realty.  He has focused on assisting buyers to purchase their dream homes with a high level of loyalty and integrity to his clients.  He believes in keeping the lines of communication open throughout the real estate transaction to minimize the stress levels that can occur during this important time in his clients’ lives.  His customer service and organization skills were developed from a 36 year career with the US Postal Service.

Rich has been married to Karen since 1986.  They have three children and two grandsons (with a third on the way).  He has lived in the Conway area for 30+ years and is very familiar with the unique advantages that Central Florida offers its residents.  Rich is available to assist you in your real estate needs and looks forward to helping you purchase your next home.
