Take a walk down the brick-lined streets of Delaney Park in Orlando, Florida and you will find a relaxing, friendly neighborhood with the benefits of a close knit group of friends.
Our family has been participating in Delaney Park’s famous little league program for three years and we’ve learned more about the charm of this location.
Delaney Park’s crown jewels are highlighted by parks, such as Delaney Park, Al Coith Park, and Wadeview Park, one of Orlando’s most popular sites for picnics, exercise and family outings amid pines, cypress and oak trees. Delaney Park Little League offers a microcosm of the entire neighborhood. Besides youth baseball, you’ll find a relaxed, inviting setting for neighborly socializing. Many of the surrounding houses were built in the 1930s and 1940s, with some of them handed down by generation.
In addition, Blankner Elementary, Howard Middle School, and Boone High School are A-Rated Schools that draw families from all around Central Florida. With access to downtown Orlando in only 3 – 5 minutes, a Delaney Park home is a coveted asset!
